International Day of Yoga has been celebrated worldwide on June 21 since 2015, following a United Nations resolution. It honors yoga's value for physical and mental well-being.

- A yoga mat (a limited number of spare mats are available).
- Comfortable, breathable clothing.
- A towel and a bottle of water.
- An open and attentive mind.

- Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin calmly.
- Keep mobile phones on silent during the session.
- Respect the silence and space of other participants.
- Follow the teacher's guidance at all times.
- Yoga is at your own risk; please disclose any injuries or conditions before we start.
